FOR CONTRACTORS DONE BURNING MONEY ON MARKETING COMPANIES

You don't need more leads. You need your life back.

The leads are coming in. The problem is everything it takes to keep up — phones ringing all day, subs you can't track down, bids piling up, a kid's ballgame you left in the fourth inning to take a call.

45 min. You leave with the fix. Free.

◆ Where the money actually goes ◆

Sound familiar?

If three of these are true, you don't have a lead problem.

#01 LEAK
!

Phone rings during dinner. Every night.

#02 LEAK
?

Leads ghost you. No idea why.

#03 LEAK
11PM

Wife's doing the books at 11 p.m. Again.

#04 LEAK

Last real vacation? Can't remember.

#05 LEAK
PROFIT

Every time you grow, you make less money.

#06 LEAK

Every morning: fires you didn't start.

◆ The real problem ◆

More leads won't fix this.

You already get enough leads to double your revenue. You just don't convert enough of them — and the ones you win, you deliver with so much chaos the margin disappears.

Hiring an SEO guy to get you more leads is like buying a bigger bucket when the one you have has holes in it.

That's a systems problem.
Not a marketing problem.
BIGGER BUCKET = BIGGER LEAKS $100 $100 $100 PATCH THE HOLES — THEN POUR —
◆ What we actually do ◆

We're not an agency.
We're the guy who fixes the bucket.

GC for your back office. We look at everything between a lead coming in and money hitting the bank — and tell you where it's leaking.

Nothing falls through.

Every call answered. Every inquiry replied to before the other guy. The homeowner who texts at 9 p.m. gets a response.

No forgotten bids.

Every quote gets chased automatically until it closes or dies. You stop wondering which jobs are still alive.

Business out of your head.

Every job has a status you can see in ten seconds. Your crew knows what's next. You stop being the bottleneck.

Nights and weekends back.

Invoicing, scheduling, review requests, the same five emails you type over and over — automated. Wife stops working at 11 p.m.

No software you don't need. No dashboard you'll never log into. Tools your crew will actually use.
◆ How it works ◆

Three steps. No retainer.

01 / We find the leaks.

45 minutes on a call. You walk me through how your business actually runs — how leads come in, how bids go out, what happens when a job wraps. I find where the money and your time are leaking.

FREE 45 MIN CALL

02 / You get the plan. Free.

You leave the call with a written plan — exactly what's leaking, exactly how to fix it, what tools to buy. It's yours. Hand it to your office manager. Give it to your nephew who's "good with computers." Do it yourself. Whatever you want.

YOURS TO KEEP NO OBLIGATION

03 / I only charge if I build it.

If you want me to build the fix, I quote it like any other trade — fixed price, bid, deposit, delivery date. You own what we build when we're done. No software I hold hostage. No retainer to cancel.

FIXED PRICE YOU OWN IT
◆ What it looks like ◆

Twelve calls a week. Four closes. Here's the fix.

SYSTEM FIX WHAT WE SEE IN THE FIELD

Take a remodeling contractor doing $1.2M a year. Twelve inquiries a week. Closing four of them. Not because he's bad at sales — because he's on a jobsite all day and can't answer the phone. By the time he calls back at 7 p.m., half already hired somebody else.

The bids he does send sit in a notebook on the truck seat. His wife's at the kitchen table until midnight trying to make sense of QuickBooks.

We didn't send him more leads. We handed him a plan. Every missed call auto-texts back right away. Every bid chases itself until it closes or dies. Every invoice auto-sends when the job wraps. QuickBooks gets cleaned up and put somewhere his wife can actually use it. Same twelve calls a week. He's closing eight. Home for dinner most nights.

◆ Fair questions ◆

Before you book

Wait — the plan is actually free?+
Yes. You leave the 45-minute inspection with a written plan — what's costing you money, how to fix it, what tools to buy. You don't owe me anything for it. You can take that plan, hand it to whoever you trust, and fix it yourself. I only make money when you hire me to build it. And I only build it if you want me to.
Do I have to hire you after the call?+
No. Seriously — no. The plan is yours. Fix it yourself. Hand it to your office manager. Give it to your nephew who's "good with computers." Or hire me. Your call. There's no pressure on the call and no follow-up sales pitch after.
Are you going to try to sell me a website?+
No. If your site works, I'll tell you. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too — but a website is almost never the actual problem. Most of what I fix has nothing to do with your site.
I just got burned by a marketing agency. Why should I trust this?+
Fair. I don't run ads, I don't do SEO, and I don't take commissions from software vendors. The inspection is free. The plan is free. The only way I make money is if you decide you want me to build the fix — and even then, it's fixed price with no retainer. If that still feels off, don't book it.
How is this different from a business coach?+
A coach talks. I build. You leave the inspection with a concrete list of what's leaking and exactly how to patch each one — not a set of affirmations and homework.
What size business is this for?+
Usually $500K–$5M a year. Small enough that you're still the bottleneck. Big enough that the leaks are costing you real money — often more than what it'd cost to fix them.
If I hire you to build it, what does that cost?+
Depends on what you want fixed. I quote it like any other trade — fixed price, bid, deposit, delivery date, all up front before any work starts. You'll know the number before you sign anything. If the math doesn't work for you, walk away. The plan is still yours to keep.
